Dan Preisler joined D4 Urban and its affiliated management company, CFPM, in July 2015 as its Vice President of Property and Asset Management. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience to the team. In this role, Dan oversees property management, asset management and leasing for the company. Prior to joining D4 Urban, Dan was with Seattle-based Unico Properties for 15 years and served as Unico’s General Manager for the Denver market.  As Unico’s Denver General Manager, Dan was responsible for the management and leasing of an 11-building, 1.7M SF portfolio predominantly comprised of Class A office space. The portfolio included Writer Square, 17th & Larimer, 1660 Lincoln, Belleview Tower, Harlequin Plaza and Denver Centerpoint I & II.  At Unico, Dan worked with institutional and high net worth joint venture partners to stabilize and reposition Class A office properties by deploying heavy capital upgrades and substantial leasing. Before relocating to Denver in 2006, Dan managed Class A office buildings for Unico in Boise, Idaho and Renton, Washington.

Before joining Unico, Dan worked for nearly seven years at Diamond Parking, the largest privately held parking company in the country. In his roles of Area Manager and Real Estate Manager for Diamond Parking, Dan gained extensive parking and commercial real estate experience operating complex portfolios of parking lots and garages. He also grew the company’s portfolio of properties through purchases, long-term leasing and management contracting. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from BOMI Institute.
