D4 Urban is a Denver based real estate development company focused on urban, infill, transit-oriented development opportunities. D4 Urban seeks strategic locations in stable, performing markets with transit access and growth potential as the key criteria of its development model. The company is a full service developer with entitlement capability, horizontal infrastructure improvement expertise, and vertical construction experience. D4 Urban currently represents the ownership of the Denver Design District and is focused on the redevelopment of this 60 acre assemblage in Denver’s mid-urban core. This area is the largest consolidated ownership within a General Development Plan that covers 75 acres in total.
D4 Urban’s latest project is Denizen, a 275 unit market rate multifamily apartment and townhome development at Alameda Station in the South Broadway neighborhood. Denizen follows the completion of the Dakota Outfall Project, “enabling works” infrastructure project that connects Denizen to the grocery-anchored Broadway Market Place, South Broadway corridor, and surrounding neighborhoods.
